Ramadan Kareem

Date:

As the holy month of Ramadan begins, we are reminded of the importance of compassion, generosity, and solidarity. These values are not only central to the teachings of Islam, but also to the fight for workers’ rights around the world. As we reflect on the significance of this month, let us remember that workers’ rights are human rights. Every worker deserves fair wages, safe working conditions, and dignity on the job. At the Histadrut, we stand in solidarity with our Muslim members and colleagues, and we recommit ourselves to the ongoing struggle for worker rights and social justice. Ramadan Kareem!
