13th salary and profit-sharing for Kimberly-Clark workers
The Histadrut, the workers’ committee, and the management of Kimberly-Clark have signed a new collective agreement today (Wednesday) that will apply to approximately 200 employees at the company’s logistics center in Tzrifin. The agreement will remain in effect until 2029 and introduces significant improvements in wages, benefits, and job security.
Profit-sharing, 13th salary, and more for employees
Under the new agreement, employees will receive annual wage increases of more than 4%, profit-sharing bonuses equivalent to up to 140 hours of work per employee, and seniority-based pay additions. Additional benefits include a 13th salary, contributions toward personal and vacation expenses, and an expanded welfare budget. These measures aim to strengthen financial stability and improve the quality of life for workers.
Part of a broader process
This is the third collective agreement signed at Kimberly-Clark in recent weeks, following agreements in the institutional division and the Nahariya plant. The series of agreements reflects a sustained process of improving working conditions and strengthening labour relations across all company units. According to Yogev Asor, National Division Manager:
“This agreement brings real progress for the company’s employees and demonstrates growth and mutual trust between the parties.”
By ensuring stability and improved conditions, the Histadrut works to advance the rights and benefits of workers from all parts of the supply chain.
