A special collective agreement for Coca-Cola sales staff
The agreement, valid for three years, will apply to about 500 employees. The agreement includes salary increases, increased fees, and a catering card. The Histadrut Food and Pharmaceutical Workers ‘Union, the Central Bottling Company, and the Sales Workers’ Committee have signed a special collective agreement. The agreement, valid for three years, will apply to about 500 employees. According to the agreement, the company’s employees will receive a salary increase, depending on seniority, occupation, and scope of work, which will be paid in two equal installments – in May 2022 salary (retroactively) and in July 2023 salary. The supplements will range from NIS 450 to NIS 1,200 per month. The CBA also stipulated that employees in the positions of digital beverage promoters and controllers of milk chains at the service and sales center will receive a monthly commission from May 1, 2022, and for the duration of the agreement, which can range from NIS 1,000 to NIS 2,500, in case of meeting all targets. Furthermore, according to the agreement, starting in January 2023, call center employees will be entitled to a catering arrangement (Cebus) with a budget of NIS 20 per actual working day, with the possibility of accrual during that month. The CBC, also known as Coca-Cola Israel, is a manufacturer and marketer of Coca-Cola and various beers.
