Yet, their critical wartime efforts are severely underfunded. In this short documentary feature, Inbal Hermoni, Chairwoman of the Israeli Union of Social Workers, takes us behind the scenes to show the immense pressure her teams face, and why a “pat on the back” from policymakers is no longer enough to sustain this essential profession.
