400 workers from Lime and Stone Ltd. receive salary increase and a profit bonus
The Histadrut, the management of Lime and Stone Production Company from the Redimix group, and the company’s employee representatives signed a collective agreement. The agreement is relevant to about 400 workers and includes a wage increase of 5.3% per hour for all workers from the January salary. In addition, the employees will receive a 10% profit bonus for the company’s activities and positive results in 2022.
Participants in the negotiation of the agreement were: the chairman of the Union of Construction Workers and Associated Industries, Yitzhak Moyal; the director of a division in the union, Maor Naftali; and the chairman of the National Committee of Lime and Stone Production Company, David Persi.
Histadrut chairman Arnon Bar-David said: “The agreement brings good news for the workers. I thank the partners in creating the agreement and the Union of Construction Workers and Related Industries chairman, Yitzhak Moyal.”
The chairman of the Union of Construction Workers and Related Industries Workers, Yitzhak Moyal, said: “We will continue to accompany the union workers and work to create agreements that will be favorable to them.”
The Chairman of the National Committee of Lime and Stone Industries, David Persi, also thanked the parties involved in forming the agreement and added: “Cooperation between the management and the Histadrut brings high results for the welfare of the employee, along with profitability for the company.”
