Histadrut Chairman Arnon Bar-David: “The Histadrut sees continued value in cooperating for the benefit of the economy, but at the same time – the current reality of increasing the cost of living, rising prices and rising inflation can not be ignored. Therefore, action must be taken to improve workers’ wages and promote measures that will be useful for this essential purpose. I believe that together we will find the framework that will improve the status of the working man and woman and contribute to the growth of the economy.
Ministry of Finance Director General Ram Blinkov: “We recognize the importance of working in cooperation with the Histadrut to improve and streamline the public sector in Israel. In this framework, the working teams on behalf of the Ministry of Finance and the Histadrut will begin, in the coming days, to formulate an up-to-date and modern framework agreement for public sector workers for the years 2023 onwards, which will work to improve the service provided to the public in Israel significantly. “
