Trade Union Advisory Committee to the OECD calls out the organization for flawed report
TUAC reviewed the OECD report and it’s implementation over the last year and considered the role and structure of collective bargaining institutions in Israel. TUAC points out significant biases and lack of evidence in the picture portrayed by the OECD. TUAC concluded that this study should not represent the basis or argument for any major reform of the public sector pay system or of collective bargaining mechanisms in Israel.
