A special collective agreement for Mavenir employees in Israel
The three-year-long agreement will apply to dozens of employees engaged in cellular network software development, communications, and telecommunications solutions. It includes, among other things, increasing meal and welfare budgets, health surveys at the company’s expense, and a special budget for training employees. The Histadrut’s Cellular, Internet and High-Tech Workers ‘Union, the management of Mavenir, and the workers’ committee today signed a special collective agreement with the company that will be valid for the next three years.
The agreement will apply to about 70 development workers who work on the company’s offices in Raanana and are engaged in software development and communication and telecommunication solutions in cellular networks.
The agreement includes, among other things, increasing the meal budget on a prepaid card to NIS 1,000 per month without restriction, increasing the value of a convalescence day for an employee from NIS 378 to NIS 450, and increasing the welfare budget by about 25%. This budget will be managed jointly by the workers’ committee and management.
It was further agreed that employees over the age of 40 would be eligible for health surveys once a year at the company’s expense. In addition, Mavenir employees will also benefit from additional advantages such as membership in the “Hitechzone” club, a budget for refreshments in the cafeteria, and an additional special budget for training of about $150 per employee per year, which will be managed jointly by the workers’ committee and management.
