Special Collective Agreement for Magen David Adom Employees

After extensive negotiations, UCAPSE signed a special collective agreement for Magen David Adom employees. The agreement will apply to about 2,800 employees and includes, among other things, grants of thousands of shekels for employees with low seniority and a salary increase for MDA employees, which will also apply to overtime, standby, and emergency premiums for employees with seniority.

The chairman of the UCAPSE, adv. Gil Bar-Tal, welcomed the signing of the agreement and said “The agreement constitutes recognition of the importance of MDA employees as workers in a life-saving organization and gratitude for their actions in times of crisis and emergency.”
